		<description>:) Yep, I do not pre-bake the crust.  I think the pizza stone really helps, and I just make sure that the crust under the toppings isn&#039;t too thick.  Maybe the key is making the oven hot enough (425, not less), and baking it until the crust is really getting done, and the cheese is really bubbly.

And, yes, I usually do make my own sauce (though, not always!).  I&#039;ll put that recipe up soon.</description>

My hubby, though, grew up in a family that owned a pizza restaurant and he insists that you can only get away with that if you have a brick oven.

I have a pizza stone... does that count?

But seriously.. I notice you don&#039;t prebake the crust... It obviously works for you?  Gimme some feedback on how awesome this non-pre-baked crust is so that I can have permission to try this devious trickery in my own kitchen.

AND... do you make your own sauce?  I&#039;ve started that obsession, too...</description>
